Situated in West Mainland Orkney, overlooking the village of Evie, The Barn is ideally located for the walker, cyclist and bird watcher.

It provides easy access by car to Orkney's renowned archaeological sites.

The Old Barn, Evie, Orkney The completely self-contained accommodation has two bedrooms, one single, and one twin plus a shower room.

The kitchen and lounge are on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven and breakfast bar.
The Barn lounge The lounge has a dormer window with views over the village of Evie and the northern isles of Egilsay, Wyre, Eday, Gairsay and Rousay.

There are cane easy chairs, a gate leg table, colour TV, sofa, and an electric fire.

(N.B. The stairs between the ground and first floor are fairly steep and narrow.)

Normal bookings are Satrurday pm to Saturday am, but we are willing to accommodate the midweek or weekend guest requiring just a short break
